Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Design Intern to support our design and sales teams in developing thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling workplace environments. This role offers hands-on exposure to real projects, client engagement, product specification, and dealership operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or emerging professional interested in commercial interiors, furniture specification, and the business side of design.
What You’ll Do
Assist with space planning, test fits, and furniture layouts
Support designers with finish selections, palettes, and product research
Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and client deliverables
Help maintain specification accuracy across worksheets and orders
Participate in client meetings, showroom tours, and installations
Contribute to standards libraries and internal design resources
Learn dealership workflows from concept through project closeout
Brand knowledge on catalog of products
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, CET, SketchUp, or similar tools
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
