Klein’s was honored to lead the furniture planning, design, specification, and installation for Bank Midwest’s new corporate headquarters in Spirit Lake, Iowa. From the project's early vision to final install, we partnered closely with the bank’s leadership team to create a truly elevated workplace experience.

To ensure a tailored result, we guided our client through private showroom tours in Chicago—helping them hand-select premium products, finishes, and textiles from our vendors that aligned with their brand and culture.

As you enter the expansive lobby, you're greeted by an open, airy space anchored by iconic statement pieces from David Edward. Throughout the workspaces, we installed custom Dossier desks by Teknion, marrying function and form with clean, modern aesthetics.

The second floor is designed for both collaboration and hospitality. A world-class lounge and bar area showcases custom furniture from Kimball International and David Edward. Adjacent to this space is a flexible, state-of-the-art conference room that can be configured in three distinct settings. Just outside, an expansive patio invites connection and relaxation, featuring imported outdoor furnishings from Spain’s Point 1920.

From concept to completion, the entire project was delivered in under a year. The result is a stunning, highly functional environment that exceeded expectations—and left Bank Midwest’s leadership thrilled with their new corporate home.
