I. This notice establishes a contract resulting from Proposal #22539, to furnish the articles or commodities specified therein, as required by various State agencies for the term of one (1) year from March 1, 2006 through February 28, 2007, inclusive.
II. Escalator Clause: Price increases will not be considered until a contract has been in effect for 150 days. Written requests for price escalation must be supported by dated manufacturers printed price sheets or similar documentary evidence. This evidence must be presented to the Office of Procurement Management, and if approved, will become effective 30 days after date of approval.
Price decreases are acceptable on invoice(s) presented for payment.
III. All deliveries are F.O.B. destination and shall be made within 60-90 days of the date of purchase order. An additional 15 days will be allowed for back-ordered items when proper notification is given in writing to the ordering agency that items are not available for immediate delivery.
IV. STATE AGENCIES: ITEM NUMBERS AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION MUST BE USED WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS CONTRACT. VENDOR TO SUPPLY CATALOGS AND PRICE LISTS TO AGENCIES UPON REQUEST.
V. All delivery tickets, invoices and statements shall show the purchase order number, brand or trade name and State Item Number when applicable as shown in this contract. Invoices must be submitted in duplicate to the State Agency ordering the merchandise. DO NOT SUBMIT STATEMENT OR INVOICES TO THE OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT AS IT ONLY DELAYS PAYMENT.
Contractors please be advised that methods of payment for items on the contract(s) resulting from this solicitation may be made with the South Dakota Purchasing Card (Citibank Master Card). State agencies may use the Purchasing Card when making purchases of $1000.00 or less per transaction. Questions on this method of payment are to be directed to Jeff T.
